Wrenforda Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Wrenforda platform. They explain the responsibilities and rights of you, as the user, and the relevant platform operator. Read them carefully before creating an account, accessing the service or placing a transaction. Accepting these Terms forms a legally binding agreement with the applicable counterparty.

When you sign up, sign in, use any platform function or otherwise interact with Wrenforda, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. The service is restricted to people aged 18 or above. Anyone under 18, or anyone who lacks the required legal capacity, must not access or use the platform. Where age or eligibility cannot be verified, access may be limited and an account may be suspended or terminated.

Access to the platform may be affected by technical faults, planned maintenance, software releases or broader service disruptions. Volatile markets, unusually high demand and events outside our reasonable control may also cause delays or unavailability. We aim to maintain a reliable service, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised. Wrenforda may launch, modify or remove features, algorithms, market information, pricing feeds or available markets without creating an entitlement to compensation.

Content made available through the platform—including written material, images, layouts, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analysis—is protected by copyright, trade mark legislation and other intellectual property rights owned by Wrenforda or its licensors. You must not reproduce, share, publish or exploit it commercially without prior written consent. Breaches may lead to civil proceedings or criminal enforcement.

Every detail you submit, including identification, contact and payment information, must be accurate, complete and maintained as current. Incorrect, missing or outdated information may lead to access restrictions, limits on withdrawals or legal proceedings. Personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, using appropriate safeguards and transparent processing practices.

You remain entirely responsible for each investment or trading choice made through Wrenforda, whether you enter it yourself or it results from AI-supported automation, together with any outcome that follows. Wrenforda provides software and trading functionality only; it does not provide tailored financial advice, investment recommendations or assurances of profit. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets may change rapidly, and you could lose all of the money invested. Previous performance is not a reliable guide to future results. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

We may revise or supplement these Terms when necessary, including because of regulatory developments, technical changes or shifting market conditions. Where reasonably practicable, we will normally give at least 14 days’ notice through email, an in-platform message or a website announcement. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means you are considered to have accepted them. If the changes are significant, you may choose to close your account.

Our service brings together accessible information and measures intended to support user protection. These measures include current encryption, routine checks, segregated client funds and thorough KYC/AML processes. Platform actions and transactions are documented in a transparent, auditable manner. We aim to treat users fairly and responsibly while maintaining controls that help improve account security.
